1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 639club platform (the "Platform"), including all games, services, features, and content made available through https://639club.one, you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 639club Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 639club with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 639club Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming law as regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 639club strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 639club, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 639club Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

639club reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 639club Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) 639club account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 639club Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 639club will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: 639club may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You must submit valid Philippine government-issued identification and any other documents reasonably requested by 639club.
• Account Ownership: Your 639club account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 639club Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 639club accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
• Deposit Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. 639club reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 639club aims to process approved GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 639club reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• 639club reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any wagering already in progress.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 639club support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 639club staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 639club Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of 639club or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 639club.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 639club, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

639club's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 639club account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

639club does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

639club collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

639club operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by 639club may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
